Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Saburati is the platform Saudi schools use to run admissions, attendance, scheduling, reporting and communication with families. We are a small team, so you will own features end to end — from the data model to what a school administrator actually sees on the screen.

What you will do

• Design and build features across the stack: Angular on the front end, TypeScript and Python services on the back.
• Model data properly in PostgreSQL, and work with the MongoDB collections still serving our earlier systems.
• Take features from an idea through to production, including the migration and the rollout.
• Keep the product genuinely bilingual — every screen works in Arabic and English, right-to-left and left-to-right.
• Review other people's code, and have yours reviewed.

What we are looking for

• Substantial experience building production web applications end to end.
• Strong TypeScript and Python.
• Angular in a real application — components, state, and why change detection matters.
• PostgreSQL beyond basic queries: schema design, indexes, and reading a query plan.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB.
• Comfort owning a feature without a specification handed to you.

Nice to have

• Arabic, or experience with right-to-left interfaces.
• Experience in education technology, or with multi-tenant systems.
• A track record of taking something from zero to production.
